HTML 5 Banners
Built using Adobe Animate, these banners were created with highly optimized PNGs and layers masks to create parallax motion and depth. The final delivery filesize needed to be under 200kb so it took a lot of fine-tuning and revisions to balance quality, resolution, and animated elements.
Social Videos
Created in a similar way to the banners, these videos were used on Harley’s social channels including Instagram and Twitter. These were built in Photoshop and After Effects with stock plugins and Red Giant’s Trapcode Particular.
Silo and retouching work
Much of the motion and work we did for Harley-Davidson used still photographs that needed to have the foreground elements separated from the background. These are a selection of images used in the banners and videos on this page where I created a clean background plate and single or multiple foreground and midground pieces to animate in parallax.
