Naked Juice Social Content
This was the photo used to launch the new social channel for Naked Juice. I built a raised garden bed on the picnic table in my backyard using 2x4s, a tarp, some produce, and a few bags of soil. Originally I tried to do it on a smaller, indoor set using a removable background, but it didn’t have the depth and realism that the creative team wanted to achieve.
This was an open-ended request to capture photos of Naked Juice bottles in unique locations with interesting backgrounds. The photos would be used on their social channels to show where people “Get Naked.” I took these photos in the Boston Public Garden just after sunset using some vintage lenses: a Helios 44-7 and Jupiter-9. Both have some unusual optical qualities that added to the aesthetic of the images.
